The rise and fall of black America and how she can rise again. Black America was once in the spotlight, so to speak, but over the years that spotlight has faded. Samuel Madison shows how we can point the spotlight back on black America and once again give her back the glory she once had. Just as Hosea preached to the people to turn away from their wicked ways so that they can once again receive the blessing of God, Madison is encouraging black America to turn away from their wicked ways and turn back to God so that He can lift them up again and thus deliver them from shame to glory.
